Studio Policies

  • All sessions are by appointment only.
  • Studios are open 7 days a week. The hours are 6:00am – 10:00pm.
  • Reception hours are: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 9:30pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:00am – 3:00pm.
  • All sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Full payment or credit information is required prior to making an appointment.
  • One private Pilates Equipment session and/or Prior Experience on Pilates machines is required prior to joining a Pilates Equipment group class.
  • There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all equipment  scheduled sessions and classes.
  • A $15 cancellation fee applies for Unlimited Equipment or All Inclusive Package classes, if cancelled less than 24 hours before the class or the client is a no show.
  • A $10 cancellation fee applies for Non-Equipment classes if cancelled less than 2 hours before the class or the client is a no show.
  • All 5 session cards expire within 1 month period from the purchase date.
  • All 10 session cards expire within 3 month period from the purchase date.
  • All 20 session cards expire within 6 month period from the purchase date.
  • Starting with the activation date, all monthly packs are valid within one month only.
