Non-Equipment Pilates Classes are designed specifically with the Helen’s Intensive Pilates Method in mind. Helen’s method not only encompasses the use of your own body weight, which in turn creates resistance, but as in Mat Pilates, it incorporates many Pilates props. For example: Stability Bar, Roller, Resistant Band, Kettlebell, Stability Ball and Pilates Ring are useful tools for demonstrating, creating and performing a healthy and beneficial Pilates routine. These various non-equipment props allow for a maximum workout that will focus on your core, hips, lower back and glutes.

The extensive variety of non-equipment classes at Helen’s Intensive Pilates Studios allows each client to diversify their workout routine. Not only can this fitness program be enjoyable and invigorating while helping you feel strong, healthy and full of energy, but it can prove to have remarkable results.
