CardioWeight is a fusion of safe light-weight Crossfit training along with Mat Pilates Principles. CardioWeight creates an intensive, fat-burning, safe and productive workout. After the first 30 minutes of CardioWeight training, it is then followed by an intensive 10 minutes of an abdominal workout and an additional 10 minute of a posterior leg routine. The posterior leg routine targets the gluteus and hamstring muscles. This regiment culminates with a 5 to7 minute routine of isometric stretches. This final segment of the class results in the release of tension, while experiencing a surge of energy ridding the body of fatigue.
