Zumba and Zumbalates

Invented by a celebrity fitness trainer Alberto “Beto” Perez, Zumba is an aerobic style of dance fitness program which combines Latin and international music with dance in an effort to make exercise fun. Relying on specific music and rhythm, Zumba exercises target every major muscle group in the body. The Zumba program borrows its dance and music styles from Salsa, Merengue, Mambo, Hip Hop, Reggaeton, Cumbia, Tango, Belly dancing, Chachacha, and Samba.

Zumbalates is a calorie-burning, strengthening of the body and energizing form of exercise. It combines the fast and slow rhythms and resistance training of Zumba routines to help sculpt your body and burn calories with the toning and core strengthening exercises of Pilates.

Our Zumbalates classes feature half hour of Zumba and half hour of Pilates in order to achieve the best possible results for this form of exercise. It is not Just a workout, but a way to make friends, socialize, and get rid of stress with the best ZUMBA instructors in Brooklyn!

Zumba for Kids

Perfect for Kids ages 6-12 to get the chance to be active and jam out to their favorite music. The classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba choreography. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure. Zumba Kids helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives by making fitness fun.
