Studio Policies

* All sessions are by appointment only.
* Studios are open 7 days a week. The hours are 6:00am -10:00pm.
*Reception hours are: Monday-Friday 8:30am-9:30pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:00am-3:00pm.
* All sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
*Full payment or credit information is required prior to making an appointment.
* One private Pilates Equipment session is required prior to joining a Pilates Equipment group class.
*There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all equipment  scheduled sessions and classes.
*A $15 cancellation fee applies for Unlimited Equipment or All Inclusive Package classes, if cancelled less than 24 hours before the class or the client is a no show.
*A $10 cancellation fee applies for Non-Equipment classes if cancelled less than 2 hours before the class or the client is a no show.
* All 5 session cards expire within 1 month period from the purchase date.
* All 10 session cards expire within 3 month period from the purchase date.
* All 20 session cards expire within 6 month period from the purchase date.
* Starting with the activation date, all monthly packs are valid within one month only.
