BARRE METHOD was developed during the 1950's by a Russian ballet dancer named Lotte Berk after she had sustained a serious spinal injury in a car accident. BARRE TECHNIQUE helps to gain core and spinal strength, tone and shape the entire musculature as well as obtain lean and beautiful body.
